Healing & Vitality
About
Gabrielle has studied with 5 different Reiki Masters and has been practicing energy healing since 2016. She started practicing yoga in 2008 and achieved her 200-hr YTT at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Seminarhaus in Reith bei Kitzbühel, Austria in 2016. This program equally emphasized Bhakti, Karma, Raja, and Jnana Yoga. She continued her yoga education in trauma-informed and restorative yoga, with the most education in shaktirasa yoga (a feminine-body focused yoga practice). Gabrielle is also a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, sometimes dabbles in Thai massage, and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology.
She began her health and wellness career in psychological services and has since expanded into holistic work, inspired by a personal severe health crisis in 2014. Her passion for her work is fueled by the joy of discovering truth in a world so very jumbled with misinformation. Indeed, cross-examining multi-cultural perspectives on health turns out to be the ONLY way to reveal accurate methods. She frequently finds herself tickled by the genius of multi-thousand year old practices and the universal truths that sing through them.
Gabrielle also has some absolutely stunning Tibetan singing bowls and is currently studying vital herbalism (in the background of her life, no hurry). She has found herself reverse aging in recent years and is excited to assist others in finding their healthiest selves.
